​Update on iOS bug causing Go-tcha units to not "auto-catch" or "auto-spin".

Datel are working on a bug fix and will release this as soon as a means for distributing it is determined. Until then, the Go-tcha unit will have limited features (no automatic) on Apple devices running iOS 11.xx. For up-to-date information, and official updates by datel, please Visit  www.go-tcha.co.uk

A reminder that all Go-tcha features remain functional on Android devices.
    Please note, warranty claims will not be processed if it is determined that your fault is due to the mobile phone/tablet device you are using, or your Go-tcha wristband shows signs of physical/water damage. These events are not covered by warranty claims. You will be asked to provide proof of purchase, photographs of the device, and may be asked to post your device at your cost to our service centre in New South Wales.
